It’s pretty cold in Europe at the moment and we’re getting a bit fed up with this freezing cold and snow but you can always escape to somewhere warmer. Sometimes it’s hard to imagine that there hot beaches where you can enjoy the sun and the sea.

  5. Abu Dhabi: it’s another great winter sun destination which is one of the richest cities on the planet and it’s also the capital of the United Arab Emirates. Fantastic hotels, great restaurants and superb sandy beaches are waiting for you where the average winter temperature is “only” 25°C. The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is one of the main sights in the capital but make sure to visit the family-friendly Khalifa Park too. You can also find quality golf courses at Yat Island and the car enthusiasts will definitely pay a visit to Ferrari World Theme Park.
