The site have a good design and easy to navigate to get a quote for car hire, motorhome rental and travel insurance. The “Live Chat” is available after you requested a quote on the site so if  I have a question it can be answered right away. You can also call them if you have any further question Monday to Saturday 9am to 5.30pm. They will send the insurance policy to your email address so no waiting for post to
arrive.
Every details well explained about the policy and all document displayed to review before you buy it. So I think there is nothing to hide no small prints or surprises after buying your insurance policy.  If you change your mind they providing a 14 cooling of period while you can cancel the insurance and they give you a full refund.

I would recommend EssentialTravel.co.uk to buy your car hire excess cover policy with. Their policies are written in plain English offering a good value for travelers. Ohh.. the only bad thing is that Essential Travel charge you £ 0.50 when you use a credit card top of your original quote.
